First time doing this kind of craft and I’m blown away as to how well made this kit is. The beads are all separately bagged, the canvas was very detailed and clear . Nice frame as well. I finished almost half the project the first night …. That’s how easy it was and the wax and stylus were included. Great company to order from! I’m actually ordering more kits today of other pets!
I purchased an 12 x 18 for my best friend. The photo itself is great but the spacing is off. I emailed customer service and they agreed it was off and was going to let the design team know. I requested a new photo and the support person said their supervisor would not do it. The frame I purchased is for. 12 x 18 photo and the photo barely fits the glass, you have it get it just right. I said that I would remove and give a step by step video and haven’t heard back since. The review is on the customer service more than the photo, my best friend said it was okay I just feel they should make it right especially after an agreeing it was off.
Not at all what the picture look like false advertising all the beads are basically the same size. Wasted almost $200 on two pieces of crap. Very disappointed.

Very relaxing. Pleased with the end results. In fact ordering three more for Christmas presents. Our sister in law pasted away and I will be making an angel for her family with her name on it. Only complaint I had so much fun I finished it to fast now have to wait for another shipment to arrive.

Beautiful and was easy to do. I finished it in 2 days, I couldn’t wait to see how it came out. I’m giving this as a gift and I think they will love it. The only challenge thing was turning the pearls over in the cup to pick them up. I had to keep shaking the cup so they would turn over. I will be buying another one , I loved it so much.
