Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
· Return Window: If your item is damaged or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for a return or exchange.
· Item Condition: To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact.
· Custom Items: Since custom products (personalized items with names, dates, or unique designs) are made specifically for you, we can’t accept returns unless there’s a defect or error on our part.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team with your order number and details about the issue.
2. Request Approval: We’ll guide you through the return process and let you know what information you need to provide.
3. Ship the Item: If approved, follow the instructions to return the item. Our support team will provide the return address.
4. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund or send you a replacement.
Refund Process
· Processing Time: Once your return is approved, we’ll process the refund via your original payment method. Refunds typically take 7-10 business days after we receive the item.
· Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.
· Custom Items: As mentioned, custom items are non-refundable unless they have a defect.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong personalization, please contact us right away. We’ll work to resolve the issue and send you a replacement or issue a refund.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order enters production or has been shipped, cancellations may no longer be possible.
