- If you request a refund immediately after placing the order and the design and production has not started yet, a refund will be available. If you request a refund "AFTER" design has started, only 50% refund will be available. If you request a refund "AFTER" production has started, please understand that a refund or return of a product will not be available. Note: All Brick Figures and scene accessories are packaged and designed separately, so assembly instructions are provided separately.
