1. By ordering through the official MogCustom website, you authorize the service provider to purchase the original brand product and customize it as per your chosen plan.

2. The price on the custom product page includes both the customization service fee and the cost of the original brand product.

3.Customized products are secondary creations. Each customized product has slight differences (such as slight color difference, etc.), which are not considered quality issues. If you encounter individual quality issues caused by differences in craftsmanship and raw materials, please consult customer service support@mogcustom.com as soon as possible
